Salon & Spa Policy

Plan on arriving 15-20 mins prior to your Spa appointment to allow time for check in, changing & paperwork. Please remember each appointment in precisely timed, so if you arrive late your treatment may be shortened or re-scheduled. For the convenience of everyone, a minium notice of 24 hour is required for any Spa cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. The lack of such cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you.

A Major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required to hold your reservation for all Spa service, and Keratin treatments.
